About Us

We are a specialist provider of landlords safety inspections and have been providing prompt, in-depth property inspections since 2014.

Early on we noticed that landlords required a reliable company to help them arrange and fulfil gas safety certificates.  We we're then asked if we could also provide other services needed when letting properties. This quickly grew into the company we are today.

We have successfully completed over 34,000 property safety inspections in and around Greater Manchester and the number is still growing.

Our services include everything from gas safety inspections (also known as landlords gas certificates or CP12) to full EICR electrical inspections. All engineers are fully qualified, insured, and happy to help.

We aim to provide the service our customers expect.

Frequently asked questions

When will I receive my certificate?

We will get to work on you order as soon as possible. As soon as the engineer has successfully completed the inspection your report will be emailed. Please note that EICR's take longer due to the amount of paperwork required.

Can I get a refund?

We can absolutely provide a full refund providing the team hasn't already began processing your order. The fee you pay includes the time our office staff use to arrange inspections. In some cases an admin charge may be deducted from the refund to cover our time costs.

How do I pay?

We accept Debit / Credit cards. We do not accept cheques.

Do the inspections meet regulations?

Our safety inspections meet all regulations needed for a landlord to legally rent their property to a tenant.

My tenant refuses access.

Because we take online bookings you instantly receive an order form. This proves that you are trying to fulfil your legal responsibilities. We will try to contact your tenant. If we are not successful you may need to write them a letter. Be careful to record all attempts in trying to gain access. If they continue to deny access you may need to seek legal advice.
